Privacy policy

What we collect. When you submit the consultation form, book on the calendar, call, text, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the project, and whatever you tell us about it. We also collect basic analytics about how this site is used, described below.

Why we collect it. To contact you, to schedule and carry out a free in-home consultation, to prepare an estimate, to complete work you order, and to keep records of jobs we have done. That is the whole list.

Analytics and advertising. This site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. They set cookies and record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and actions such as submitting the form or tapping the phone number. Meta may use that information to show you our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Who processes your information. Form submissions and bookings are handled by our customer platform, LeadConnector, which stores your contact details so we can respond. Reviews are displayed through the same provider. Maps are served by Google. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms.

Text messages. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to message you about your project, appointment, and estimate. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you can reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell mobile numbers and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it. Enquiry records are kept while we may still be of use to you and for as long as we need them for tax and business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call (806) 545-7702 and we will handle it.

Children. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
